Dry Needling
Manual Therapy

Dry needling is a therapeutic technique used in physical therapy to treat muscle pain and dysfunction. It involves inserting thin, filiform needles into trigger points—tight bands or knots within muscles—to relieve tension, reduce pain, and improve mobility. The goal of dry needling is to release muscle tightness, improve blood flow, and stimulate the body's natural healing processes.
Manual therapy is a hands-on technique used to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. It involves the skilled use of a therapist’s hands to manipulate, mobilize, or massage soft tissues and joints. The goal of manual therapy is to reduce pain, improve mobility, restore function, and enhance muscle and joint performance.
Ergonomic Assessment

Maintaining proper ergonomics is essential for your health, which is why employers are required to provide reasonable accommodations. Even if you've filled out your company's ergonomic checklist, your desk and chair may still not adequately address your concerns.
Spine Rehabilitation

In 2020, low back pain (LBP) affected 619 million people globally. A modern study found that those who saw a physical therapist at the first point of care had an 89 percent lower probability of receiving an opioid prescription, a 28 percent lower probability of having advanced imaging services, and a 15 percent lower probability of an emergency department visit.*
Athletic Assessment
Pre and Post Op

Our experts offer evaluation and treatment to support recovery from injuries or surgeries, provide guidelines for returning to activity, and conduct biomechanical analyses of throwing, running, cycling, and golf swing mechanics. These services are delivered by our highly trained and licensed physical therapy professionals with backgrounds in sports conditioning.
Preoperative physical therapy educates patients about the surgery, preparing them for what to expect, and teaches them exercises to help restore their range of motion, muscle strength, and overall function.
Postoperatively, physical therapy focuses on restoring function through exercises that enhance range of motion, muscle strength, balance, gait, and transfer abilities. A tailored series of supervised home exercises supports a smooth recovery process.
